How it's used

Structural overview — derived from this gate's ports, not from tested behavior. Takes 10 wire inputs: Audio Descriptor (any), Enabled (bool), Spatialization (bool), Focus Azimuth (float), Inner Radius (float), Max Distance (float), Non Focus Azimuth (float), Non Focus Volume Attenuation (float), Pitch Multiplier (float), Volume Multiplier (float). Produces no wire outputs.

No curated example for this gate yet. The shape above is accurate (from the inventory); what it does in practice should be confirmed in-game.

Wire inputs

Wires you feed into the gate.

Display name Type Tooltip
Audio Descriptor (AudioDescriptor) any The audio track to play on this brick.
Enabled (bEnabled) bool Whether the sound is enabled.
Spatialization (bSpatialization) bool Whether or not to spatialize the audio in the game world, panning accordingly as the player moves around. When disabled, it will play as a 2D sound.
Focus Azimuth (FocusAzimuth) float Sounds played from within this angle on the player's screen will be considered in focus, and played normally.
Inner Radius (InnerRadius) float The distance before the audio will begin to fade out.
Max Distance (MaxDistance) float The distance the audio can no longer be heard.
Non Focus Azimuth (NonFocusAzimuth) float Sounds above this angle on the player's screen will be considered out of focus, and will have the Unfocused Volume Multiplier applied to it. You can set this value lower than the Focus Angle to flip the effect.
Non Focus Volume Attenuation (NonFocusVolumeAttenuation) float When a sound is out of focus, it will have its volume multiplied by this value.
Pitch Multiplier (PitchMultiplier) float How much to multiply the default pitch of the audio being played.
Volume Multiplier (VolumeMultiplier) float How much to multiply the default volume of the audio being played.

Wire outputs
