Modulo Floored
Returns a wrapping remainder that follows Input B's direction instead of Input A's sign. Example: -1 modulo 5 outputs 4. A zero or extremely small divisor outputs 0, and structured values are processed per component.

How it's used
Structural overview — derived from this gate's ports, not
from tested behavior. Takes 2 wire inputs: Input A (float), Input B (float). Produces 1 output: Output (float).
